Silver Streak or Smoke and Mirrors? Investigative Lens Exposes Glittering Glitches in Silver Institute's Deceptive Data
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA) is a US law that safeguards free speech on the internet by providing certain legal protections to online platforms.
Once in a blue moon, we are asked where our story leads originate.
This question surfaces because it always seems we are first to the news. Examples.
First to report on a madman (Jim Lewis) that went through the silver miners and "ripped them a new one" (in many cases), gobbling up all their IR budget in one call closes at rates they had never seen before.
First to report on the Department of Defense stopping their reporting on Silver used for bombs, shells, nukes, missiles, torpedoes, aircraft, tanks, and night vision goggles.
First to report that the DoD (stopped their reports) and the US Bureau of Mines (abolished) the same year and that this was not a coincidence.
First to report Silver's uses in Hydrogen fuel cell cars, trucks, and vans.
Then, Hydrogen fuel cell ships, barges, ferries, boats, and HVAC.
First to report Silver used in Robotics, AI, and partnership with Carnegie Mellon.
First to report Silver Plating for helicopters, commercial planes, military, and even band instruments.
First to report Silver in electric trains (printed circuit boards, switches, coating)
First to report Silver's use in satellites and other aerospace (rockets, hypersonic missiles)
First to report Silver's use in Super Colliders (power generation and nuclear fusion experiments)
First to report that the Department of Energy removed Silver from the list of Critical Minerals, yet the Entire transition to Net Zero hinges on Silver, Lithium, Copper... (a basket of 9 minerals)
And over 25 other stories shaking up the Silver Industry, including calling out the most fundamental question. Why would every industry (dairy, beef, dentists, lawyers, bath fitter, windows, roofing, siding, you name it have PR campaigns but NOT ONE FOR SILVER)
First to Report that women were Ignored in basic demographic and market research
First to Report that Crypto was overlooked, and now Bitcoin has crossed the 1 Trillion dollar market cap.
Here is a Summary Called Seven Silver Steps for 2024

What is Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
The US Supreme Court ruled in favor of Twitter and Google in two cases involving Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. This 1996 law provides broad legal protections for technology companies, shielding them from being sued over hosting most third-party content.
OUR CONTENT COMES FROM THIRD PARTIES NOT ME (I’m just the curator)
The Court's rulings marked the first time it addressed Section 230 and its implications. In the case involving Twitter, the Court unanimously rejected a lawsuit seeking to hold the company liable for its role in aiding terrorism.
Similarly, in a separate case involving Google, the Court declined to limit the scope of Section 230, preserving the law that has been crucial for the development of the internet. The decisions were celebrated by the technology industry as a major win for free speech on the internet, emphasizing the importance of Section 230 in enabling online platforms to thrive while acknowledging that the issue of platform responsibility may still be subject to future legal and legislative debates[1][2][3][5].

Silver Institute and their Deceptive Data.
Here is The World Silver Survey 2023
https://www.silverinstitute.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/World-Silver-Survey-2023.pdf
Why is there not one mention of Satellites, Electric Trains, Rockets, Bombs, Shells, Missiles, Torpedoes, Submarines, Silver Zinc Batteries, Super Colliders, Robots, AI, Quantum Computing, and hundreds more industrial uses?
Why not one PR campaign for Silver?
These two are related questions. The answer is that they want to keep Silver private.
Their website has no social media links.
Don’t take our word for it; look at it here.
We all can name hundreds of coffee shops, bakeries, Gyro, Pizza, Sushi, Taco stands, Food trucks, Auto shops, Dentists, Chiropractors, CBD shops, Tattoo parlors, Massage, Nail salons, Hail Salons, even in ghetto firing on all socials (with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok )
BUT THEY GOT NOTHING
FACT 1- Our entire world or our entire world’s messaging landscape is driven by social media and SEO.
FACT 2 - So with their entire budget and their sponsors why ZERO dollars allocated to social media?
This follows our thesis that they are a shadowy scam organization and use the words Silver Institute to somehow legitimize their existence.
This is an old trick in propaganda. Edward Bernays (nephew of Sigmund Freud) authored this playbook in his groundbreaking book "Crystallizing Public Opinion" Bernays would form all kinds of "organizations," "societies," "Councils," and "Institutes" for the purposes of misleading people.
After all, who can question something called "An Institute."
More evidence:
Look at this page 10 from their 2023 World Silver Survey. Nice Low $18 call when the average Silver price was $23.50 to $24
How do you miss it by 33.33% when your time window was only a few months?
No mention of 100s of other industrial silver uses Why? They hate Silver
No Public Information campaigns Why? They hate Silver
No social media push Why? They hate Silver
Horrendous data, methodology and scope of research project Why? They hate Silver
They have caused irreversible harm to the Silver Community and We will Prove it.
