Kirakosian is also accused of violating YouTube's terms of service by purchasing a channel with over 120,000 subscribers from Black Hat World and artificially inflating view counts to appear more influential

You may be asked to select specific videos that violate YouTube's policies (optional)
Click "Next" and provide additional details about the fraudulent activity, such as the use of fake subscribers.
Click "Submit" to send your report
YouTube's review team will assess the report and take appropriate action if they find the channel violates their Community Guidelines
