The Cost of the Covid War
Did you ever think the World shutting down for around 2 to 3 years was going to come at some kind of cost?
Prior to the Scamdemic, Washington DC and New York City were high-rent districts for commercial properties and office spaces due to:
Washington DC
High Demand for Office Space:replaced with Low Demand.
As the capital of the United States, Washington DC hosts numerous government agencies, non-profits, lobbying firms, and international organizations, all of which require office space. This high demand drives up rental prices.Limited Availability:replaced with Surplus of Availability.
DC no longer has a finite amount of space available for new developments, particularly in desirable areas like Capitol Hill, Penn Quarter, and Downtown. This scarcity of available properties contributes to higher rents.Prime Locations:replaced with sub-prime locations.
Many commercial properties are located in prime areas with high foot traffic and proximity to government buildings, which increases their value. For example, office spaces in areas like Penn Quarter and Capitol Hill command high rents due to their strategic locations.Modern Amenities: Newer office buildings often come with modern amenities and high-end finishes, which can justify higher rental rates. Properties like 99 M Street SE and 950 F Street NW offer state-of-the-art facilities and command premium prices.
Economic Stability:replaced with Economic Instability. The presence of stable government and institutional tenants provides a reliable income stream for landlords, allowing them to charge higher rents.
New York City
Global Financial Hub:replaced with ground zero for economic turmoil.
New York City is a global financial center, home to Wall Street and numerous multinational corporations. The demand for office space in areas like Midtown Manhattan and the Financial District is extremely high, driving up rental prices.Limited Space and High Density:replaced with surplus of space.
Similar to Washington DC, New York City has limited space for new developments, especially in Manhattan. The high density of businesses and the limited availability of prime office space contribute to high rents.Prestigious Addresses:replaced with National embarrassment as ground zero for property crime, chaos and random acts of violence.
Office spaces in iconic buildings and prestigious locations, such as those along Fifth Avenue or in the World Trade Center complex, command premium prices due to their desirability and status.Diverse Commercial Needs:replaced with capital flight ,loss of manufacturing, dwindling receipts, dwindling tourism, less robust economy
NY used to host a wide range of industries, including finance, media, technology, and fashion, all of which require different types of commercial spaces, from high-end offices to specialized retail and industrial properties.High Operational Costs: replaced with Even Higher Operational costs.
The cost of operating and maintaining commercial properties in New York City is high, including taxes, utilities, and maintenance, which is often passed on to tenants in the form of higher rents.
LIST OF STATES SUING PFIZER GROWS TO 5 to 7
THE SUIT IS FOR MISLEADING STATEMENTS ON THE MRNA TECH COMIRNATY. A LEGAL SHOWDOWN INCOMING
Kansas AG, Kris Koback, gave a BOMBSHELL statement citing Pfizer’s disregard of their own studies warning signals that the mRNA product was giving myocarditis, causing miscarriages in women and mice, strokes, heart attacks, and was never tested for transmission while saying they were safe and effective.
Koback also speaks on their success in censoring social media platforms and news stations to stop people from hearing about the risks.
The Kansas AG also went on to say there are 4 other states that have joined him in the civil suit against the company briefly mentioning Idaho. Reports are that Texas is joining in soon.
The COVID mRNA Vax from Pfizer has Caused more Injuries than ALL Vaccines in the Last 50 Years, Combined! VACCINE Injuries are everywhere!. In the US we’re not allowed to sue Pfizer. Citizens can sue makers of playground equipment, gun manufactures, but you can’t sue Vaccine Manufacturers??” Again, The mRNA Vaccine from Pfizer has Caused more Injuries than ALL Vaccines in the Last 50 Years, Combined! —— and NO ONE in the media has written a story about it. - Tucker Carlson
Attorney Accuses the CIA and DoD of Being Deeply Involved With COVID-19 "When someone got this [COVID] shot. They didn't get it from Pfizer or Moderna. They got it from the DoD. The DoD distributed this," testified attorney Tom Renz
Evidence suggests that COVID-19 was developed in the mid-2010s, with a Moderna patent from 2016 indicating a connection.
A whistleblower provided military medical records showing a soldier receiving COVID-19 immunization by Moderna in 2014.
Attorney Renz has developed a legal case against EcoHealth Alliance, alleging their involvement in creating SARS-CoV-2 with the CCP and Wuhan Lab.
He then asked: "Does anybody believe that we transferred that sort of [bioweapon] technology to a CCP lab, without an okay from the DoD or CIA?
I've got news for you. They knew exactly what was going on."
One of the most prominent law professors in the world has just declared that “everyone involved” in pushing Covid mRNA shots onto the public committed “crimes against humanity.”
During a new interview, Dr. Francis Boyle asserted that the “frankenshots” were part of a plan to conduct “medical experimentation” on humanity. Boyle, a bioweapons expert, wrote the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act which was passed by Congress and signed into U.S. law in 1990 by President H. W. Bush.
He warns that COVID-19 was developed in a lab as “an offensive biological weapon” and argues that those who pushed the mRNA injections “clearly violated the Nuremberg Code.”
Speaking during an interview with Media Blackout’s Maria Zeee, Boyle declared that vax pushers are guilty of “murder” for causing deaths through vaccine injuries. “Everyone involved in the development of COVID-19 as an offensive biological warfare weapon and also everyone involved in the manufacture of these COVID-19 ‘frankenshots’ clearly violated the Nuremberg Code on medical experimentation,”
Boyle said. “It was a Nuremberg crime and a crime against humanity.”
The U.S. was involved in gain-of-function research conducted by EcoHealth Alliance in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.
Documents obtained by The Intercept revealed that EcoHealth Alliance, under an NIH grant, conducted experiments that combined genetic material from a "parent" coronavirus (WIV1) with other viruses. These experiments resulted in altered bat coronaviruses that reproduced more quickly and were more pathogenic in genetically engineered mice.
The research involved creating chimeric viruses, which combined the genetic material of different coronaviruses. The scientists reported that "These results demonstrate varying pathogenicity of SARSr-CoVs with different spike proteins in humanized mice".
While the NIH grant conditions prohibited gain-of-function research and required immediate reporting of potentially dangerous results, both EcoHealth Alliance and NIH stated that the results were reported to the agency. However, NIH determined that the rules restricting gain-of-function research did not apply in this case.
There is ongoing debate about whether this research meets the definition of gain-of-function. Out of 11 scientists consulted by The Intercept, seven said the work appears to meet NIH's criteria for gain-of-function research, while one disagreed.
The controversy surrounding this research has led to questions about statements made by Dr. Anthony Fauci and NIH Director Francis Collins, who have previously denied that NIH funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
